Leading Edge NZ was selected by AUT University to have two students shadow our business leaders for one day.

AUT student, Gabrielle, and Takapuna High School student, Jack, joined our leadership team for one day to observe and learn about a ‘day in the life’. From business leadership meetings and reviewing leadership pipeline frameworks through to getting involved in a target market workshop for a new start up business division of Leading Edge, Gabrielle and Jack got into the groove and contributed in each session.

It is great to see talented individuals making the most of opportunities their university has to offer and we were delighted to shed light on a day in the life of a leader in today’s business world.

Gabrielle mentioned it was incredible to observe the way the whole leadership team interact, everyone contributing and challenging each other with an underlying respect and always looking for the best possible outcome.
