Leading Edge NZ named as a Finalist in the 2015 IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces.
This is the third consecutive year that Leading Edge are officially recognised for their achievement in Employee Engagement.
In 2014 Leading Edge was named as a Finalist and placed 2nd in New Zealand. In 2013 Leading Edge won the ‘Most Improved Workplace’ Award and also placed 2nd in the ‘Best Medium-Large Workplace’ category! Out of hundreds of New Zealand businesses that compete, Leading Edge were again in the final 10 in the Medium-Large business category!

IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces New Zealand
Kenexa Best Workplaces is New Zealand’s largest annual workplace climate-employee engagement survey. Run in association with The New Zealand Herald, and proudly supported by Kiwibank, the Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA), and the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment the survey allows organisations to gather feedback from employees about their workplace.
On 5 November 2015 a team from Leading Edge NZ attended the awards ceremony.
The top results were as follows:
- 1st Mars NZ (and overall winners of best workplace in all categories!)
- 2nd equal Colliers & Overland
- 4th Leading Edge NZ
This is the third year in a row that Leading Edge have made it into the group of finalists, and we’re so proud to be continually being ranked as one of the best places to work in New Zealand.
