Customer's Challenge:

The sales team at GoSee were over-stretched servicing all their new customer leads, they didn't have the capacity to follow up on 'cold leads'.  

Our Solution:

We reviewed with GoSee the number of untouched leads and how we could best nurture and convert these into additional sales, as they had already paid for the leads.   We then created a dedicated team within our business to provide proactive calling support.

The Results:

We took the leads that hadn’t been touched, picked up the phone and converted as many as we could. Every sale we closed was revenue that essentially would have been left on the table, delivering $123k profit (after costs) in the first 4 months.
